Who we are
Based in Sydney, Australia, Franco has spent much of his 30-year career working with global IT companies across a broad range of industry segments. He has worked in several countries, building a deep background with IT managed services, customer relationship management, IT Service Management, and Account Management supporting enterprise-sized companies and organisations.
Located on the idyllic Waiheke Island in Auckland, New Zealand, Joanne runs Waiheke Movers, a small commercial transportation business providing house moving and commercial delivery services, a labour hire business, and a linen hire business. Serving both the greater Auckland region and New Zealand nationwide, SeviceM8 has completely transformed the way she manages the complexity of taking new job requests, fast quote turn-arounds, job prioritisation, and staff allocation to ensure each of her customers are being well looked after across each of these businesses.
Based in New Mexico, United States, Kristy is our newest member of the team and brings with her a wealth of technical documentation, along with process and workflow optimization, and is our chief editor. As you can imagine, this comes in handy when developing ServiceM8 Custom Forms and Online Booking Forms, where her eye for detail and grammatical correctness adds that extra touch of professionalism to those all-important customer-facing documents.
