Flagship by WorkM8

Every system. One command centre.

Some operations outgrow a single ServiceM8 account — a system per state or region, or one shared host with many providers inside it. WorkM8 HQ puts that whole fleet on one screen: see, search, and act on any job in any connected system, in near-real-time.

The WorkM8 HQ Home view: five ServiceM8 systems, the console, and the network KPI column Five connected ServiceM8 systems on the left send changes through a sync layer into the WorkM8 HQ console. The console shows today across the fleet and the four doors into the product. On the right, seven network KPI tiles light up as the figure they carry moves. What it does

The whole fleet, one screen.

HQ reads every system on a 30-second sync and writes each change back to the system that owns it. The record stays in ServiceM8.

The whole fleet, one pane

A day board, queues, dispatch map, roster and reports that sweep every connected system at once. Cross-system search finds any job or customer, wherever it lives.

Act, not just look

Create and edit jobs, bookings and allocations; email or SMS the customer; take billing through to the finished document — all from a job card that mirrors ServiceM8, so coordinators don't need retraining.

Access that fits the org chart

A role ladder from Read Only up to Org Admin, with per-system and per-provider scoping on top. Branch and provider staff see their own slice of the fleet — and can't tell the rest exists.

Every change accounted for

Writes are governed and audited: a full audit log and a failures queue mean supervisors review what happened instead of hovering while it does.

The operator surface

Ten views cover the day.

HQ borrows ServiceM8's own language on purpose. The status letters, the queue conventions, the job-card layout — they all match. A coordinator who knows ServiceM8 knows HQ on day one. It is a calm work tool for long shifts, not a dashboard full of flash.

Every entity is named in your words. Customers, support workers, providers — whatever your organisation calls them, HQ calls them too. Every time is shown in the owning system's timezone.

How it arrives

Your own instance, built to your fleet.

HQ is not in the Add-on Store. Each organisation gets a dedicated instance, configured to its systems, vocabulary, and timezones.

It is in production today, running a community-services provider network and a multi-state service brand. If you run more than one ServiceM8 account — or you are about to — this is the conversation to have with us.
